摘要
随着教育国际化进程的不断前行,高校教师以其在高校中的重要地位已然成为高校国际化核心竞争力的重要组成部分。文章通过借鉴项目管理成熟度模型,构建了关于高校教师出国培训项目的管理成熟度评价模型。而后,运用层次分析法和灰色理论对模型中的各个参数进行了计算,从而得到高校教师出国培训项目管理成熟度的评价模型。并以天津市高校为例,进行了教师出国项目管理成熟度评价并计算出具体数值来描述项目的成熟度,验证了模型的实用性。
As educational internationalization moves forward, teachers with their important position in the universities have become an important part of the university's international core competitiveness. Based on the project management maturity model,this paper constructs the management maturity evaluation model of training project for college teachers to go abroad. And then the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the grey theory to calculate all the parameters in the model, so as to obtain the evaluation model of the project management maturity of college teachers' training for going abroad. Finally the paper takes universities in Tianjin City as an example to evaluate the project management maturity of program for teachers going abroad and figure out the specific value used to describe the project maturity, thus verifying the practicability of the proposed model.
