摘要
某钢厂在生产SAE1215易切削钢的过程中,出现钢材探伤不合格现象。针对SAE1215易切削钢在探伤过程中出现的不合格问题,通过使用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等观察分析手段,对不合格试样进行了金相分析、扫描电镜分析。结果表明:钢材表面存在裂纹,裂纹呈连续的纺锤状且底部圆滑,有皮下气泡的特征;铸坯存在皮下气泡缺陷是造成SAE1215易切削钢探伤不合格的原因。为避免此类探伤不合格现象的发生,采取了相应措施减少铸坯皮下气泡数量,降低皮下气泡尺寸。
In the process of producing SAE1215 free cutting steel, the flaw detection of steel products is unqualified. For the problem of nonconformity in flaw detection of SAE1215 free cutting steel, the specimens were analyzed by metallographic analysis and SEM analysis. The results show that there are cracks on the steel surface and the cracks are continuous spindle and the bottom is smooth with the characteristics of subcutaneous bubbles. The subcutaneous bubble defect in the casting billet is the reason for the nonconformity in flaw detection of SAE1215 free cutting steel. In order to avoid the occurrence of such unqualified inspections, measures were taken to reduce the number and the size of the subcutaneous bubbles in the billet.
