摘要
随着我国铁路行业不断的快速发展,高铁出行已成为人们日常生活中的不二选择,如何确保高铁的行车安全,其重要性不言而喻。牵引电机作为机车的动力核心,其安装方式主要是依靠电机机座吊挂悬挂在机车上,所以电机机座的质量对整台电机乃至整个机车的行车安全都有较大影响。本文介绍了350公里标准化动车牵引电机机座在生产过程中,废品率较高,通过提高原材料质量、工艺改进等措施,最终降低了电机机座铸造的废品率。
With rapid development of China's railway industry, high-speed rail travel has become an indispensable choice in people's daily life. How to ensure the safety of high-speed railway is of great importance. As a driving force, the traction motor was installed by hanging the motor frame on the train. Thus the quality of the frame is vital for the motor and even the safety of the train as a whole. And this paper introduces the production of traction motor frame for 350 km standardization train. During the production, the waste rate is high. To decrease the ratio, measures such as strengthening raw material quality and improving process are taken. And eventually, the waste rate of motor frame casting is decreased.
