摘要
以4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)与9,9-双(3-氟-4-氨基苯基)芴(FFDA)作为二胺,以环丁烷四甲酸二酐(CBDA)作为二酐,通过热酰亚胺化法制备了综合性能优异的聚酰亚胺薄膜(PI 5/5),并对其性能进行了测试。结果表明:PI 5/5表现出良好的溶解性能和优异的光学性能。室温下PI 5/5可溶于N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)等强极性溶剂,且在四氢呋喃(THF)等弱极性溶剂中也具有良好的溶解性;PI 5/5在450 nm处的透光率达到92%,其紫外截止波长低至287 nm。同时,PI 5/5具有优异的热稳定性和力学性能。
A polyimide film(PI 5/5) with excellent comprehensive properties was synthesized by thermal imidization method using 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA) and 9,9-bis(3-fluoro-4-aminophenyl)fluorene(FFDA) as diamine monomers, and cyclobutane-1,2,3,4-tetracarboxylic dianhydride(CBDA) as dianhydride monomer, and its properties were tested. The results show that the PI 5/5 exhibit good solubility and excellent optical property. At ambient temperature, the PI 5/5 is soluble in N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP),dimethyl formamide(DMF), dimethyl acetamide(DMAc), dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO), and other strong polar solvents, and also has good solubility in tetrahydrofuran(THF) and other weak polar solvents. The transmittance of PI 5/5 at 450 nm attains 92%, and its UV cutoff wavelength is as low as 287 nm. Meanwhile, the PI 5/5 has excellent thermal stability and mechanical properties.
