摘要
在简述了木塑复合材料(WPC)在家具应用中发展现状的基础上,提出WPC的力学性能是制约其进一步推广和使用的主要因素,阐述了提高WPC材料力学性能的两种主要方法,提出了基于玻璃纤维增强材料的LVL板材力学性能影响因素的分析过程,设计了LVL板材力学性能分析实验,以静曲强度(MOR)、弹性模量(MOE)、水平剪切强度、浸渍剥离率和拉伸强度等参数为标准,从板材的结构、温度和湿态处理三个角度分析了其对于力学性能的影响。
Based on summarizing the development status of wood-plastic composites in furniture applications,the view of mechanical properties of wood-plastic compositesis the main factors restricting their further promotion and using was put forward,two main methods for improving the mechanical properties of wood-plastic composites materials were presented,the analysis process of the factors affecting the mechanical properties of LVL plates based on glass fiber reinforced materials was proposed,the mechanical properties of LVL plates were analyzed,the MOR,MOE,horizontal shear strength and immersion rate were designed.
