摘要 通过对船舶制造业所排放VOCs的风量、浓度与成分等因素的分析,结合江南船厂VOCs治理的实际案例,发现沸石分子筛吸附法与蓄热式氧化燃烧的组合方案既具有经济性又有高去除效率。在钢预处理与室内涂装2条生产线上所产生废气风量分别为20 000 m3/h与140 000 m^3/h,废气浓度分别为1 500 mg/m^3与300 mg/m^3,符合吸附-燃烧处理范围。治理后的废气中的苯、甲苯、二甲苯以及非甲烷总烃的单项浓度皆在标准限值以内,废气去除效率高达99%,且年节省排污费用2 888.66万元。 By analyzing the factors such as blowing rate, concentration and composition of VOCs discharged from shipbuilding industry, and combining with the actual case of VOCs gov- ernance in Jiangnan Shipyard, It is found that the combination of zeolite molecular sieve ad- sorption and regenerative oxidation combustion has both economic and high removal efficiency. The blowing rate of the two production lines produced by steel pretreatment and indoor coating is 20 000 m^3/h and 140 000 m^3/h respectively, and the exhaust gases concentration is 1 500 mg/m^3 and 300 mg/m^3 respectively, which accords with the scope of adsorption combustion treatment. The single concentration of benzene, toluene, xylene and non-methane hy- drocarbon in the exhaust gases after treatment is within the standard limit. The exhaust gases removal efficiency is up to 99%. This terminal control technology can save RMB 28. 886 6 mil- lion per year for pollutant treatment.
