不对称喷油器体闭塞锻造成形 被引量:8

摘要 为了实现不对称喷油器体的近净成形,根据闭塞锻造和喷油器体零件的结构特点,设计了喷油器体闭塞锻件图。分析了不对称喷油器体闭塞锻造过程中的料重控制、合适锁模力的确定、闭塞模具设计、润滑和锻件尺寸精度控制等关键问题,给出了相应的解决办法。设计了喷油器体闭塞锻造工艺为锯切下料、倒角、称重分选、喷丸、预热、预涂石墨、加热、闭塞锻造和余热处理,并给出了相应的闭塞成形模具及其工作原理。采用有限元、实验和自动化试生产对上述工艺进行了分析和验证,结果表明:闭塞锻造可以高效地获得充填完整、少无毛刺、流线合格的不对称喷油器体锻件。 In order to realize near-net forming of asymmetry fuel injector body,based on the forming characteristics of closed die forging and structural features of fuel injector body,a forging drawing of the fuel injector body was designed. The key points such as billet weight control,suitable clamping force determination,closed die set design,lubricating and dimensional precision control of asymmetry fuel injector body were analyzed,the solutions corresponding to the key points were put forward. The closed die forging processes of fuel injector,such as bar sawing,chamfering,weighing sorting,preheating,pre-graphitizing,heating,closed die forging and residual heat treatment were designed,as well as the forming die set and working principle. The forming process was analyzed and tested by finite element,experiment and automatic trial production. The results show that fuel injector body can be highly-efficient obtained by closed die forging with complete filling,minimum burrs and reasonable flow line.
