摘要
目的了解铅中毒时患儿血液多项元素发生的改变。方法选取龙岗区人民医院89例确诊为铅中毒的儿童作为血铅异常组,另外选取89例同期该院门诊体检的血铅水平正常儿童作为正常对照组。分别检测2组研究对象的全血微量元素6项(铅、锰、铜、锌、铁、镁)和血清钙水平。结果血铅异常组患儿铁水平低于正常对照组,锰水平高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,血液铅与铁呈负相关关系,差异有统计学意义(r=―0.229,P=0.031)。锰与铁、锌与铁、铁与镁呈正相关关系,差异有统计学意义(r=0.506,0.272,0.257;P=0.000,0.010,0.016)。结论铅中毒时,血液铁水平降低而锰水平升高。
Objective To understand the changes of multiple elements in the blood of the children of lead poisoning. Methods A toal of 89 children diagnosed with lead poisoning were selected as the lead exception group.In addition,89 patients with normal lead level in blood in the outpatient examination were normal control group.Each of the two groups were tested for 6 microelement (Pb,Mn,Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg) and serum calcium levels. Results The content of iron in lead exception group was lower than which in the normal control group,and the manganese content was higher than which in the normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05).Through related analysis:lead was negatively correlated with iron in blood,coefficient of association r =―0.229 and P =0.031 with statistical significance.Mn and Fe,Zn and Fe,Mg and Fe were positively correlated,coefficient of association r =0.506,0.272,0.257 respectively, P =0.000, 0.010 ,0.016 respectively with statistical significance. Conclusion Lead poisoning was the decrease of iron content in blood and the increase of manganese content.
