摘要
目前,高职院校大学生职业生涯发展主要存在职业规划无意识、执行无力度、培训形式化、理念无定位等困境。研究建议,高职院校大学生的职业生涯发展指导应贯穿大学始终,形成"历时态"发展模式;提高指导教师的专业化水平,履行"学科化"发展轨迹;学校应树立正确的大学生职业生涯发展理念,形成"可持续"发展逻辑。
At present,the career development of college students in higher vocational colleges mainly has difficulties such as unconsciousness in career planning,lack of implementation,formalization of training and lack of positioning of ideas. The research suggests that the career development guidance of college students in higher vocational colleges should run through the university and form a "diachronic"development model; improve the professional level of the instructors and fulfill the "discipline"development track; schools should establish a correct career for college students,and form the concept of the "sustainable"development logic.
