摘要
为找出户外端子箱存在的防潮薄弱环节,查明端子箱受潮原因,探索高湿度地区户外端子箱受潮问题系统性解决方案,结合某换流站户外端子箱实际运行情况,经过长期观测和实践,证明高湿度天气条件下端子箱的通风等结构上防潮设计缺陷是造成端子箱受潮的重要原因,同时基于监测数据,分析出端子箱受潮机理,指出加热驱潮方法应用的局限性。对目前户外端子箱防潮提出了完善的改进方案,对制冷除湿替代加热除湿方式进行对比研究,研制的制冷除湿机经实践证明防潮效果显著,具有较好的节能效益。
In order to find out the weak points of moisture proof in outdoor terminal box, identify the causes of terminal box be affected with damp, this paper explores a systematic solution to the problem of the outdoor terminal box is easy to be affected with damp in high humidity areas. Combined with the actual operation condition of outdoor terminal boxes in a converter station, after long term observation and practice, it is proved that the moisture proof design defects in structure such as the ventilation of the terminal box under high humidity are the important causes for terminal box being affected with damp. Meanwhile, on the basis of the monitoring data, it analyzes the mechanism of terminal box being affected with damp, and points out the limitations of heating dehumidification method. A perfect and improved scheme for moisture- proof of the current outdoor terminal box is put forward, and the comparative study of cooling and heating dehumidifica tion is carried out. It is proved that the moisture-proof effect of the developed cooling dehumidifier is significant, and it has a good energy saving benefit.
