摘要
目的探讨增强型体外反搏治疗对缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者血清脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)及血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、6 min步行距离(6MWD)的影响。方法选取106例缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者,按照随机数表法分为反搏治疗组和对照组,各53例,给予两组5周常规药物治疗,反搏治疗组患者还接受增强型体外反搏(EECP)治疗;分别于治疗前后检测两组患者血清LP-PLA2、Cys C水平,比较两组6MWD的变化情况。结果治疗后,反搏治疗组LP-PLA2及Cys C水平低于对照组和治疗前,6MWD延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后LP-PLA2及Cys C水平、6MWD较治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 EECP能显著降低缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者血浆LP-PLA2、Cys C水平,还能提高患者运动耐力,改善其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced external counterpulsation( EECP) on serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2( LP-PLA2),Cystatin C( Cys C) and 6-minute walk distance( 6 MWD) in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy( ICM). Methods One hundred and six patients with ICM were randomly selected and divided into EECP group( 53 cases) and control group( 53 cases) according to the random number table method. Patients were given routine medication for 5 weeks. The EECP group was treated with EECP. The levels of serum LP-PLA2 and Cys C in two groups were measured before and after treatment,and the changes of 6 MWD in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,LP-PLA2 and Cys C levels were lower in the EECP group and the 6 MWD was longer than that in the control group and before treatment( P〈0. 05).There was no significant difference in the levels of LP-PLA2 and Cys C and 6 MWD in the control group before and after treatment( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion EECP can significantly reduce plasma LP-PLA2 and Cys C levels in patients with ICM and can also improve exercise endurance and the quality of life.
