摘要
目的对上海市闵行区虹桥社区家庭医生团队公共卫生服务进行SWOT分析,以促进家庭医生团队公共卫生服务有效、良性、持续的发展。方法采用SWOT分析,解析家庭医生团队公共卫生服务并提出恰当建议。结果内部优势包括:站点配置合理、人员结构合适和服务内容合规;内部劣势包括:公共卫生专业知识技能缺乏和服务数量超负荷;外部机会包括:实施家庭医生制服务符合医改要求,并具有医疗服务的大数据信息支撑;外部威胁包括:群众对医疗服务需求的迫切性与对医疗专业性的高要求和公共卫生服务的标准更趋规范和严格。结论家庭医生团队公共卫生服务完善了家庭医生制服务内涵,促进了公共卫生服务发展。建议通过公共卫生服务专业知识和技能强化培训,提升家庭医生团队公共卫生服务质量。
Objective The SWOT analysis of the public health service of the family doctor group was conducted in Hongqiao Community in Minhang District of Shanghai to promote effective, healthy and sustainable development of the public health service of the family doctor group. Methods The public health service provided by the family doctor’s group was analyzed by SWOT analysis and some suitable suggestions were proposed. Results The strengths included： reasonable site configuration, suitable personnel structure, and compliant service content; the weaknesses included： lack of knowledge and skills of public health and overloading of service quantity; the opportunities included： the implementation of family doctor service was in line with the requirements of medical reform, and had the support of big data for medical services; the threats included： the urgency of the masses’ demand for medical services as well as the high requirements for medical professionalism, and the standard of public health service. Conclusion The public health service of family doctors team has perfected the connotation of family doctor service and promoted the development of public health service. It is suggested to strengthen the training of public health service through professional knowledge and skills of public health service, so as to enhance the quality of public health service of family doctors team.
