摘要
结合上海嘉闵高架路JMB2-4标段工程实践,介绍了高架桥盖梁的预制和拼装工艺。其中,预制盖梁的钢筋笼采用了高精度的胎架法绑扎施工方法,既满足了预制拼装工艺对盖梁钢筋笼精度的高要求,又达到了工厂高效预制的目标,对预制盖梁的工业化生产有着显著的现实意义和推广价值。
Combined with the engineering practice of JMB2-4 section of Jia-Min viaduct road in Shanghai, the prefabrication and assembly technology of viaduct capping beam have been introduced. The high-precision jig framework method for binding construction of reinforcement cage of prefabricated capping beam has been adopted, which not only meets the high requirement of prefabrication assembly process for the reinforcement cage precision of the capping beam, but also achieves the goal of efficient prefabrication in the factory, which has practical significance and promotion value for the industrialized production of prefabricated capping beam.
