摘要
从前台客户子系统、生产样板子系统、生产计划子系统、生产工艺与设备子系统、订单跟踪子系统和信息传输子系统6个方面介绍大规模服装定制与智能生产系统的组成,并阐述6个子系统通过计算机网络技术形成的网络集成。结果表明,客户可通过手机APP创建电子订单信息,通过网络即时传送到服装CAD及样板生成系统,系统自动选择并修改形成个体样板,各号型规格样板自动组合并形成优化裁剪方案,并由自动裁床制成衣片,最后由吊挂缝制生产系统实现快速生产,实现高效智能数字化生产。
This paper introduces the system composition of large-scale clothing customization and intelligent production system from 6 aspects of the front customer subsystem,production model subsystem,production planning subsystem,production technology and equipment subsystem,order tracking subsystem and information transmission subsystem,and expounds the network formed by the 6 subsystems through computer network technology.The article shows that the customer can create the electronic order information through the mobile APP and transmit it to the garment CAD and the template generation system through the network.The system automatically selects and modifies the individual sample plate and forms the sample plate automatically and forms the optimized cutting scheme.The system realizes rapid production and realizes efficient intelligent digital production.
