摘要
采用190 tex石英纤维,编织三维六向长方体织物,并选用布鲁克(Bruker)UMT摩擦磨损试验机进行摩擦试验,分析三维六向编织预制体在不同载荷以及不同摩擦方向下的摩擦性能。结果表明,在摩擦速率为4 mm/s的情况下,随着法向载荷的增加,织物的摩擦系数不断增加;当载荷为3 N和6 N时,平行花节方向摩擦时织物的摩擦系数小于垂直花节方向摩擦时的摩擦系数;当载荷为9 N时,平行花节方向摩擦时织物的摩擦系数大于垂直花节方向摩擦时的摩擦系数。
IIn this paper,190 tex quartz fiber is used to braid three-dimensional six dimensional cuboid fabric.The tribological properties of the three-dimensional six-directional preform under different loads and different rubbing directions are studied by using Bruker UMT friction and wear tester.The results show that the friction coefficient increases with the increase of the normal load under the frictional velocity of 4 mm/s.When the load is 3 N or 6 N,the friction coefficient of the fabric parallel to the direction of the friction is smaller than that of the direction of the vertical pitch friction.When the load is 9 N,the friction coefficient parallel to the direction of the friction is greater than that of the friction in the direction of the vertical pitch section.
