摘要
采用2英寸刮膜分子蒸馏设备对双三氟虫脲关键中间体2-氯-3,5-二(三氟甲基)苯胺的提纯进行研究,考察了多种分离工艺参数对2-氯-3,5-二(三氟甲基)苯胺纯度和收率的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件:蒸馏温度为80℃,真空度为5 Pa,刮膜器转速450 r·min-1,产品纯度和收率分别达到96.9%和65.4%,该工艺具有操作简单,分离效果好,适合工业化生产等优点。
Wiped film molecular distillation device was used in the study of 2-chloro-3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)aniline purification, and the effect of separating parameters on the purity and yield was investigated. The optimum molecular distillation process was achieved at 80 ℃with the scraper speed of 450 r·min-1 and vacuum of 5 Pa. Under such optimum conditions, the purity and yield were 96.9% and 65.4%, respectively. This process has the advantages of simple operation and effective separation, and is suitable for industrial production.
