摘要
采用旋转超重力场原理开发设计出超重力场除尘技术,并在电石渣库顶除尘中得到工业化试用。现场实际应用表明:旋转超重力场除尘技术具有良好的除尘效果,并且设备体积小、重量轻、运行稳定、安装维修方便,解决了在净化过程中粉尘结块堵塞问题;并且可安装在电石渣库顶,占地面积小,特别适合于电石渣库老旧车间环保技术改造。
A supergravity field dust removal technology was developed on the basis of the principle of rotating supergravity field, and was used in the dust removal at the top of carbide slag warehouse. The field practical application showed that the rotary supergravity field dust removal technology had good dust removal effect, and the equipment was small in volume, light in weight, stable in operation and convenient in installation and maintenance. It solved the problem of dust blocking in the process of purification, and could be installed at the top of the carbide slag reservoir, and the area was small. It was especially suitable for environmental protection technological transformation of old workshop in calcium carbide slag warehouse.
