摘要 目前制约多层穿梭车系统效率的主要因素是穿梭车与提升机的效率不匹配,研究表明系统运行时穿梭车等待的概率较大,导致系统作业时货物吞吐量到达瓶颈。通过分析多层穿梭车仓储系统的组成与作业形式,建立多层穿梭车仓储系统仿真模型,分析了如何配置多穿系统仓库,使得穿梭车与提升机效率匹配,避免设备冗余。 According to relevant study findings, the main factor restricting the efficiency of a multi-layer shuttle vehicle system is the mismatch between shuttle vehicles and hoist machines, where the waiting probability of the shuttle vehicles is high, leading to the bottleneck to the cargo throughput rate of the system. In this paper, by analyzing the composition and operating form of a multi-layer shuttle vehicle warehouse system, we established the simulation model of a multi-layer shuttle vehicle system, and analyzed how to deploy the system so that the efficiency of the shuttle vehicles matches that of the hoist machine, thus avoiding equipment redundancy.
