摘要
综述了幕墙性能劣化的原因,并阐述了国内外密封胶加速老化的试验方法,对老化光源、作用温度、疲劳循环频率和老化循环方式等选择给出了建议。最后提出以北京、上海、广州和重庆作为典型气候区,确定最优试验参数,基于历史气象数据对比,修正后可用于周边区域密封胶老化规律和机理研究的老化试验。
The reasons for deterioration of curtain wall performance were summarized,the test methods for accelerated aging of sealant at home and abroad were expounded. And the suggestions for selection of aging light source,operating temperature,fatigue cycle frequency and aging cycle mode were given. Finally,taking Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Chongqing as typical climatic zones,the optimal test parameters were determined. Based on the comparison of historical meteorological data,the modified test can be used to study the aging rule and mechanism of sealant in the surrounding areas.
