摘要
以IV(乙酰丙酮钛)为催化剂,丙交酯和ε-己内酯共聚生成共聚物。着重探讨了反应时间、催化剂用量、温度以及单体比对共聚反应的影响,得出最优聚合条件为温度165℃、时间14 h、m(催化剂)∶m(单体)=0.008∶1,该条件下所得共聚物转化率达92.5%,黏均分子量达21 063;共聚物中当原料单体质量比为1时,产物的单体比m(丙交酯)∶m(己内酯)=1∶5.75;IV对己内酯催化开环效果更好。
Copolymers of lactide and ε-caprolactone were synthesized by using titanium acetylacetonate(IV) as catalyst. The influence of the reaction time,the amount of catalyst,temperature and the monomer ratio on the copolymerization was emphatically discussed. The optimum polymerization conditions were obtained as below:temperature was 165 ℃,time was 14 h and the mass ratio of catalyst to monomer was 0.008:1. Under such reaction conditions,the conversion of the copolymer was 92.5%,and the viscosity-average molecular weight was 21 063.When the mass ratio of monomers was 1,monomer ratio of products m(lactide):m(caprolactone)was 1∶5.75. The effect of IV on the ring opening of caprolactone was better.
