短碳纤维增强3D打印用光敏树脂及力学性能分析 被引量:8

Mechanical properties analysis and synthesis of short carbon fiber reinforced 3D printing photosensitive resin

摘要 采用短碳纤维与聚丙烯酸光敏树酯乳液混合,制备了3D打印用光敏基体材料。考察了试样截面、增强后样条的力学性能,同时考察了短纤维长度和添加量对材料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:增强后的试样截面短碳纤维分散较均匀。在短碳纤维长度为3 mm、添加量为w(短碳纤维)=5%(相对于总质量而言)的条件下,试样拉伸强度最高为39 MPa,比增强前提高了77%;压缩强度为75 MPa,提高了27%。弯曲强度随碳纤维含量的增加而降低。 Photosensitive matrix materials for 3D printing were prepared by mixing short carbon fiber andpolyacrylate photosensitive resin emulsion. The mechanical properties of sample cross section and reinforced barwere investigated,and the effects of short fiber length and additive amount on the mechanical properties of materialswere also investigated. The research results showed that the short carbon fibers with enhanced cross section wereevenly dispersed. Under the condition that the short carbon fiber length was 3 mm and the additive amount was 5%,the tensile strength of the sample was up to 39 MPa,which was 77% higher than before;Compression strength was75 MPa,up 27%. The bending strength decreased with the increase of carbon fiber content.
