水葫芦根、茎、叶中总黄酮的提取及其镇痛、抗炎作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过不同溶剂(乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、石油醚)对水葫芦的不同部位(根、茎、叶)进行提取,并对提取物中的黄酮含量的测定。初步研究了水葫芦提取物的镇痛抗炎的作用。研究结果表明:水葫芦的根、茎、叶提取物中均含有黄酮成分。水葫芦的根、茎提取物较叶提取物具有较好镇痛抗炎作用。表现为在热板法和扭体法实验中,水葫芦的根、茎提取物能明显提高阈值,但叶子在扭体法实验中没有提高阈值的作用。水葫芦根、茎提取物比叶子的提取物有较好的抑制毛细血管通透性作用。本文的研究可以为水葫芦在医药方面的研究开发及综合利用提供科学的依据。 Total flavonoids were extracted from water hyacinth' roots, stems and leaves and their concentrations were determined respectively. Then we studied their analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects to explore its potential application in the treatment of arthritis. The results revealed that the extracts from water hyacinth' root, stem and leaves contain total flavonoids. The extracts of root and stem have better anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities than the extract of leaves. It can be proved that the extracts of roots and stems can increase the threshold obviously in the hotplate test and writhing test, while the extract of leaves has no effect. Besides, the extracts of roots and stems have better inhibiting effects in capillary permeability than the extract of leaves. This study can provide a scientific basis for the research and utilization of water hyacinth.
