摘要
以苏北地区的工业双氧水和纯碱为原料,采用湿法工艺对过碳酸钠的制备进行了研究,考察了反应时间、反应温度、原料配比和干燥温度以及稳定剂对产品性能的影响。结果表明,苏北地区的工业双氧水和纯碱可以通过湿法工艺制备出过碳酸钠,当反应温度在10℃左右,H_2O_2和Na_2CO_3的摩尔比为1.7,以硅酸钠为稳定剂,反应10 min后得到的过碳酸钠收率和活性氧含量较高。干燥温度越低,干燥时间越短越有利于提高过碳酸钠的活性氧含量。
Sodium percarbonate was prepared with sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide as industrial materials provided from northern Jiangsu. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, mix ratio of reactants, drying temperature, and stabilizing agent on yield and active oxygen of product were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that when reaction temperature was 10 ℃, reaction time was 10 min, the amount-of-substance ratio of hydrogen peroxide to sodium carbonate was 1.7, sodium silicate as stabilizing agent, the yield and active oxygen of sodium percarbonate was high. The active oxygen content of sodium percarbonate will be higher when the drying temperature was lower and shorter.
