摘要
研究ASA在PV3929氙灯老化测试条件下的耐候性能,对ASA的典型光老化现象进行详细阐述。ASA树脂的耐候性能优于AES树脂。ASA耐候失效的原因在于产生大量的酮类物质,形成酸导致丙烯腈降解,老化产物富集在表面造成光泽度严重损失,并导致灰度小于4;提升耐候性能的关键在于优选ASA高胶粉并复配不同分子量的受阻胺光稳定剂。
The ageing behavior of ASA resin under PV3929 standard was investigated. The typical photo-aging performance of ASA was described. The weather resistance of ASA was better than AES. The reason why the gray scale of ASA after aging at PV3929 for 1500 hours was only rating 3 was that the aging product of ASA separated out at the surface of part. Choosing the appropriate ASA rubber and mixing hindered amine light stabilizer with different molecular weight could improve the wearther-resistance of ASA.
