摘要 液氯储槽作为重大危险源,属于重点监管对象。在满足国家相关法律法规的基础上,对液氯储槽的安全仪表系统进行合理设置是十分必要的,可提高工厂安全生产等级。本文对液氯储槽安全仪表系统的配置进行了阐述,并探讨了安全仪表系统的安全完整性(SIL)定级。 As the major hazard source, the liquid chlorine storage tank is the key regulatory target. It's necessary to set the safety instrument system for the tank. On the basis of satisfying the national relevant laws and regulations, setting the reasonable safety instrument system for the liquid chlorine storage tank is very necessary, which could improve the plant safety production level. This article made a description about the setting of the safety instrumentation system for the liquid chlorine storage tank, and discussed the safety integrity level(SIL) assessment of the safety instrument system.
