摘要
目的:研究葡萄皮渣提取不溶性膳食纤维对铅中毒模型小鼠体内铅含量的影响。方法:以新鲜的葡萄皮渣为原料,采用发酵法,利用乳酸菌提取不溶性膳食纤维。通过选用KM小鼠进行建模,随机分成对照组、空白组、铅中毒组和膳食纤维-铅中毒组4组。3周后铅中毒组和膳食纤维-铅中毒组造成实验性铅中毒,对照组和膳食纤维-铅中毒组服用膳食纤维至实验结束。分别采集1、3、6、9周后的血液、尿液和粪便,采用微波密闭消解,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES法)检测铅浓度。结果:服用膳食纤维的膳食纤维-铅中毒组小鼠血铅含量明显降低,与对照组相比呈现极显著差异(P<0.01)。尿铅和粪铅的含量呈现降低趋势。结论:从葡萄皮渣中提取的不溶性膳食纤维有一定的排铅作用,可以有效降低铅中毒模型小鼠体内铅的含量。
Objective: To explore the effect of insoluble dietary fiber extracted from grape pomace on lead concentrations of lead-poisoning model mice. Methods: Insoluble dietary fiber was extracted from fresh grape pomace through fermentation by lactic acid bacteria. Selection of KM mice were divided into control group, blank group, lead poisoning group and dietary fiber-lead poisoning group. After 3 weeks, lead poisoning group and dietary fiber-lead poisoning group were experimental saturnism. Only control group and dietary fiber-lead poisoning group took dietary fiber until the terminal of the study. Concentrations of lead in blood, urine and feces of 1,3,6 and 9 weeks were determinated by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES) with closed microwave digestion. Results: The concentrations of blood lead of dietary fiber-lead poisoning group mice significantly decreased and differed extremely significantly compared with control group (P〈0.01). The concentrations of lead in urine and feces decreased. Conclusion: Taking insoluble dietary fiber from grape pomace could have lead-removing effect and effectively decrease lead concentrations of lead poisoning mice.
