摘要 目的探讨血清白细胞介素-10水平及其微小RNA表达异常对过敏性哮喘进展评价的临床价值。方法选取湖北省恩施州中心医院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的125例过敏性哮喘患者作为观察组进行分析研究,且选取同期同科室125例单纯呼吸道炎症患者以及125例健康志愿者作为对照组进行比较。分析血清白细胞介素-10水平及其微小RNA表达异常对过敏性哮喘进展评价的临床价值,使用SPSS 20.0行统计分析。结果观察组血清中IL-10蛋白及mRNA水平最低,呼吸道炎症组居中,健康对照组水平最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-10蛋白及mRNA表达水平随着哮喘等级的增高,水平逐渐减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过敏性哮喘患者IL-10的血清表达水平显著低于正常人,mRNA水平明显低于正常人。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum interleukin -10 level and the abnormal expression of small RNA in evaluating the progress of allergic asthma. Methods 125 cases of allergic asthma patients in Enshi Central Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group. 125 patients with only respiratory inflammation and 125 healthy volunteers were also selected as control groups. The clinical value of serum interleukin -10 level and its abnormal expression of small RNA were analysed to evaluate the progress of allergic asthma. The statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 20 lines. Results The levels of IL-10 protein and mRNA in serum was lowest in the observation group and highest in the healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of IL- 10 protein and mRNA levels were significantly correlated with increased asthma level ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of IL-10 and mRNA in serum of allergic asthma patients are significantly lower than those of normal people, but also significantly higher than that of patients with respiratory tract inflammation. However, patients with respiratory tract inflammation related expression level is lower than that of healthy people.
