神东矿区旺采工作面顶板岩层水力压裂控制技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对神东矿区旺采工作面开采与顶板岩层特征以及采空区全部垮落法顶板管理的要求,通过支巷或联巷向拟回采煤柱上覆顶板岩层实施水力压裂,预先弱化顶板岩层,降低其整体性和稳定性。榆家梁52煤旺采工作面顶板岩层水力压裂试验表明,工作面回采中,采空区顶板能够及时、安全垮落,满足全部垮落法管理顶板的要求;支巷锚杆、锚索的受力及线性支架工作阻力监测结果显示,工作面回采过程中,矿压显现程度较低,为工作面安全、正常生产创造了良好的应力环境。 To roof strata characters and room and pillar working face mining of Shendong coal mine area,and also to management demand of roof fully collapse of goaf,overlying roof strata of coal pillar was proceed with water fracturing by side roadway or jitty,and roof strata was firstly weaken,integrality and stability were all decreased,roof strata water fracturing experiments of room and pillar working face of 52 coal seam of Yujialiang coal mine,during working face mining,roof of goaf could collapsed timely and safety,so fully collapsed roof management demand was all met,the monitoring data of bolt and cable stress of side roadway and linear support working resistances showed that pressure was low during working face mining,and provided favourable stress environment for working face safety production.
