摘要 随着我国对妇女和儿童医疗卫生的重视,妇幼保健机构能为妇女儿童提供最基本的医疗保障,在卫生事业中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。妇幼保健机构能很好的保护母婴的健康,增强优生的概率,为幼儿的健康出生提供了基本的保障。但随着医学技术的发展,人们的保健意识近一步加强,妇幼保健机构的服务需要更加完善。文章对妇幼保健机构的人才管理和信息化状况作出了分析,针对其中的不足之处提出了相应的改善对策,以提高其服务的水平。 With the attention to the medical health of women and children in China, the maternal and child healthcare institutions can provide the most fundamental guarantee for the women and children, and it plays more and more important role in the health cause. And the maternal and child healthcare institutions can better protect the maternal and infant health and enhance the occurrence probability thus providing the fundamental guarantee for the health of women and children. But with the development of medical technology, people's healthcare awareness is further enhanced, and the services in the institutions need to be improved. The paper analyzes the talent management and informational status of the maternal and child healthcare institutions and puts forwards the corresponding improvement strategies according to the disadvantages thus improving the service level.
