摘要
目的分析临床护理管理中6S管理的应用效果。方法选取该院33名护士在院内推行6S管理护理管理模式,并开展问卷调查及临床考核形式,分析护理管理实施前后各项护理质量评分及患者满意度。结果实施后的各项护理质量管理评分明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后的患者满意度评分明显大于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理管理中实施6S管理模式,有利于提高临床护理质量和患者满意度,效果显著,值得临床进一步推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of 6 S management in the clinical nursing management. Methods 33 case nurses in this hospital were selected 6 S management nursing model was promoted, and the questionnaire and clinical examination were developed, and various nursing quality scores and satisfactory degree of patients were analyzed before and after the implementation. Results After implementation, various nursing quality scores were obviously higher than those before the implementation（P〈0.05）, after the implementation, the score of satisfactory degree was obviously higher than that before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of 6 S management in the clinical nursing management is conductive to improving the clinical nursing quality and satisfactory degree of patients, and the effect is obvious, and it is worth further promotion and application in clinic.
