摘要
智慧医院必须建设以患者为中心的信息系统,利用网络和大数据为医务人员和患者提供人性化服务,自动化和无纸化是现代智慧医院建设的必要组成部分。该文对门诊无纸化建设的必备条件、流程改造过程、实施的关键点以及经验总结等方面进行了探索和实践。通过门诊无纸化的系统和流程改造,优化了门诊就医流程,减少了医患纠纷,提高了医疗服务质量。
The wisdom hospital must construct the information patient-oriented system, and provide humanistic service for medical staff and patients by network and big data, and the automatic and paperless office is an inevitable component of modern wisdom hospital construction. The paper explores and summarizes the essential conditions, flow transformation process, implementation key points and experience of outpatient paperless construction, thus optimizing the outpatient medical process, reducing the medical disputes and improving the medical service quality.
