摘要
目的探讨无痛分娩对糖尿病产妇产程和母婴结局的影响。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月在该科分娩的糖尿病产妇32例,根据分娩方式不同分为2组各16例,观察组采用无痛分娩,对照组采用常规自然分娩。结果观察组FPG、第一产程时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无痛分娩可有效减轻糖尿病产妇分娩疼痛,控制血糖,缩短第一产程,且对产妇和胎儿无影响。
Objective To study the effect of painless delivery on the labor course and maternal and infant outcome of diabetes delivery women. Methods 32 cases of delivery women with diabetes in our department from March 2017 to March2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 16 cases in each according to different delivery ways, and the observation group used the painless delivery, while the control group used the routine natural delivery. Results The FPG and first labor course time were obviously lower than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the postpartum bleeding amount, and the differences in the Apgar score of newborns between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The painless delivery can effectively relieve the delivery pains of diabetes delivery women, control the blood glucose and shorten the first labor course, without effect on the delivery women and fetuses.
