摘要
南极磷虾蕴藏量大,营养价值高,是我国开发的战略性极地生物资源。然而因其高氟问题在很大程度上限制了南极磷虾的食用价值开发,如何科学地评价高氟带来的局限性,成为亟需解决的关键问题。本文就南极磷虾中氟的来源、含量与分布情况、富集机理、赋存形态、迁移变化、脱氟工艺以及食用安全性进行综述,旨在为南极磷虾进一步开发利用提供参考依据。
Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba) is one of the nationalstrategic biological resources to be ex- polored, because of its huge reservationsand and high nutrition. However, high fluoride residue in its body lim- its the ediblityto a great extent, which becomes the key problem to solve for commercial exploitation. In this paper, the origin, content and distribution of fluoride in Antarctic krill, the mechanism of fluorine enrichment, occurrence pattern, migration patterns, defluorination process and the safety of food have been summarized, which laid the foundation for the future development of Antarctic krill.
