摘要
目的:探讨益气活血化瘀汤对于外周动脉介入术后再狭窄的治疗效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月于笔者所在医院住院治疗的相关外周动脉介入患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组及观察组,对照组采用常规抗凝治疗,观察组在抗凝治疗的同时联合益气活血化瘀汤治疗,观察治疗后的血管狭窄情况、血小板最大聚集率及血栓素(TXB2)及副反应发生情况。结果:治疗后的观察组患者的血管再次狭窄率6.9%,明显低于对照组的32.5%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=8.87,P=0.002);治疗后观察组患者的血小板最大聚集率明显低于对照组(t=5.25,P=0.021);治疗后观察组患者TXB2(100.40±3.50)ng/ml,明显低于对照组的(115.65±3.35)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(t=20.97,P=0.001);治疗后两组患者副反应总体发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气活血化瘀汤能够降低外周血管介入术后再次狭窄的发生率,并降低血小板最大聚集率及TXB_2,同时临床安全性较为可靠。
Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction for restenosis after peripheral arterial intervention.Method：From January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were related to treatment of peripheral artery interventional patients,according to the different forms of treatment were divided into control group and observation group,the control group using conventional anticoagulation therapy,observation group combined with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction in the anticoagulant treatment,the maximum aggregation rate of platelet thromboxane and vascular stenosis, treatment after（TXB2） and the incidence of adverse reactions.Result：The patients in the observation group after treatment blood vessel restenosis rate 6.9% was significantly lower than the control group 32.5%（ x2=8.87,P=0.002）;the maximum platelet aggregation of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（t=5.25,P=0.021）;the patients in observation group after treatment had lower TXB2（100.40±3.50）ng/ml,compared with（115.65±3.35）ng/ml of control group（t=20.97,P=0.001）;the side reaction of the two groups of patients after treatment had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction can reduce the incidence of restenosis after peripheral vascular intervention,and reduce the maximum platelet aggregation rate and TXB2.Meanwhile,the clinical safety is reliable.
