Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on stress reaction, negative emotion and nursing quality in patients undergoing cataract surgery.Method:A total of 50 patients with cataract surgery, selected from July 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group(group C) and the evidence-based nursing group(group EBN).Group C received the traditional nursing of ophthalmic surgery, and group EBN was given evidence-based nursing. The average arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR) before,at 15 min and after finished operation, and negative emotion(SAS scores,SDS scores) before and after nursing were compared in the two groups, and the nursing quality(service attitude, professional technique, language communication and health education) were recorded.Result:MAP and HR at 15 min and finished operation in group EBN were lower than those in group C(P〈0.05).There were no significant difference in SAS scores and SDS scores in the two groups before nursing(P〈0.05).After nursing,SAS scores and SDS scores in group EBN were lower than those in group C(P〈0.05).The scores of service attitude, professional skills, language communication and health education in group EBN were higher than those in group C(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can significantly reduce intraoperative stress response, improve negative emotions and improve the nursing quality in patients undergoing cataract surgery.
