摘要 在精准扶贫中,社会动员是促进农户参与的有效方法。社会动员要想获得成功,必须做到主体和客体相结合、动员和参与相结合。在精准扶贫中,政府通过培育新型市场主体,并对农户进行产业补贴激励农户加入市场,促进了农户和市场达成合作关系,增进了农户的参与力度。政府、市场与农户关系的结构性转变使农户对精准扶贫产生认同感,从而使政府和农户二者之间达成"共意"。 In the process of targeted poverty alleviation, social mobilization is an effective way to promote farmers ' participation.To succeed, social mobilization must be combined with the combination of subject and object, mobilization and participation. During the period, the Government encourages the farmers to join the market by cultivating the new market main body and subsidizing the farmers' participation, which promotes the farmers' and the market to reach the cooperative relationship. The substantial change in the relationship between the government, the market and the farmers make the farmers have a sense of identity to the targeted poverty alleviation, so that the government and farmers can reach a " consensus ".
