细胞因子及胆汁酸在肠易激综合征与胃食管反流病重叠中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 肠易激综合征(IBS)与胃食管反流病(GERD)是常见的胃肠道疾病,二者的高发病率严重影响患者的生活质量并增加患者的经济负担。在临床中,IBS与GERD常常重叠发病,其中以IBS与非糜烂性反流病(NERD)重叠更多见。目前二者重叠发病的机制尚不清楚。近年来研究发现细胞因子的失平衡、内脏高敏感性及胆汁酸在二者的病理生理过程中均起着一定作用。现将IBS与GERD在上述方面的研究进展做一综述。
