摘要
为了分析含有摩擦型高强度螺栓连接节点的钢桥在设计及施工过程中经常出现的拼接板过厚及扩孔现象对拼接节点受力的影响,利用ANSYS软件建立简单摩擦型高强度螺栓连接节点的有限元模型,分析了螺栓孔径及拼接板厚对螺栓群传力性能的影响.分析结果表明:螺栓孔径及拼接板厚均会改变螺栓群的传力比;拼接板厚度的增加会使螺栓群出现滑移的时间提前,并改变其极限滑移量;随着螺栓孔径的增加,拼接板件之间的接触压应力及接触摩擦应力减小.
In order to analyze the influence of over-thickness and chambering phenomenon on the force performance of the joint with the friction-type high strength bolt in the design and construction process of steel bridge,this paper uses ANSYS software to establish the finite element model of the simple joint with the friction-type high strength bolt.The influence of bolt hole diameter and plate thickness on the transmission performance of bolt group is analyzed.The analytical results show that both the bolt hole diameter and the thickness of splicing plate can change the transmission ratio of the bolt group;the increase of splicing plate thickness causes the bolt group to slip in advance and changes its limit slip;with the increase of bolt hole diameter,the contact pressure and contact friction stress between the splicing plates are reduced.
