摘要
【目的】3D立体视觉训练治疗后,观察其对学龄轻度近视儿童视力的影响。【方法】从武警后勤学院附属医院儿童眼科门诊中选择87例(174眼)确诊为轻度近视的患者,年龄6~12岁,近视屈光度≤﹣3.0D。进行3D立体视觉训练治疗后,按不同性别、年龄、屈光度对87例(174眼)轻度近视儿童分别进行分组(男;女)、(6~;8~;10~12)、(0~﹣1.5D;~﹣3.0D),对治疗前后视力提高情况进行分析。视力提高情况分为有效(视力提高两行及以上)和无效(视力提高两行以下)。【结果】3D立体视觉训练治疗后视力提高有效(视力提高两行及以上)146眼,总有效率83.9%;两组屈光度(0~﹣1.5D;~﹣3.0D)儿童治疗前后视力提高结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男生视力提高情况和女生视力提高情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄组(6~)、(8~)和(10~12)的视力提高幅度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】3D立体视觉训练明显提高学龄轻度近视儿童的视力。年龄越小、近视屈光度越小的儿童接受训练视力提高效果越好。
【Objective】To observe the effect of 3D stereo-vision training for visual acuity of school-aged children with mild myopia.【Methods】A total of 87 school-aged children(174 eyes) diagnosed with mild myopia from the department of children's ophthalmology clinic in our hospital, were selected who were aged from 6 to 12 years old and with the myopic diopter ≤﹣3.0 D. After 3D stereo-vision training, the 87 cases(174 eyes) were grouped according to gender, age and diopter as follows: male, female; 6-, 8-, 10-12; 0-﹣1.5 D,-﹣3.0 D. The improvement of visual acuity was analyzed before and after the treatment. The improvement of visual acuity was as follows: effective(improved vision up to 2 lines and above) and invalid(improved vision below 2 lines).【Results】The visual acuity was improved effectively in 146 eyes and the total effective rate was 83.9%. The improvement of visual acuity was statistically significant in the two groups with different diopters(0-﹣1.5 D;-﹣3.0 D) after the training(P〈0.01). There was no significant difference between boys and girls in visual acuity improvement(P〈0.05), while there was extremely significant difference in visual acuity among age groups(6-, 8-, 10-12)(P〈0.01).【Conclusion】The visual acuity of school-aged children with mild myopia can be effectively improved by 3D stereo-vision training. The younger in age and the smaller in myopic diopter, the better in the effect.
