摘要
严重危害人类生命健康的急性心肌梗死随着冠心病发病率的升高而呈递增趋势,在冠状动脉造影术与溶栓治疗的广泛开展下,心肌梗死早期诊断备受关注。急性心肌梗死被快速、准确的诊断出,并予以及时、有效的支持治疗对预后改善具有重要有意义。笔者将近年来急性心肌梗死心电图进展作如下综述。
Acute myocardial infarction,which seriously endangers the health of human beings,has an increasing trend with the increasing incidence of coronary heart disease. Early diagnosis of myocardial infarction has drawn much attention due to the widespread use of coronary angiography and thrombolysis. Acute myocardial infarction is rapidly and accurately diagnosed,and timely and effective supportive care is of great significance to the prognosis. The author in recent years the progress of acute myocardial infarction ECG as summarized below.
