摘要 当前国内铁路的计量系统普遍实行对传感器模拟信号的采集、传输、处理应用的模式,为降低信号传输受干扰的影响,实现远程对各采集传感器的监控和管理,提高高速计量设备的检测精度,阐述铁路计量系统现状,结合运营需要,从软硬件技术的自行研发、功能结构设计改进方面,研究设计基于以太网技术的新型铁路计量系统。该系统在青藏铁路线上试运行,验证了信号传输方面有较强抗干扰能力,能够满足列车高速检测下的计量精度,实现便捷的远程化管理功能,为提高铁路计量设备的测量精度、高速检测、远程化管理提供参考。 The metrology system applied in China's railway network at present usually runs on a 4-step pattern: collecting, transmitting, processing and applying the analog signals from sensors. To improve precision of the high-speed metering equipment through long-distance monitoring and managing sensors and reducing interference in signal transmission, this paper proposes a new railway metrology system based on the Ethernet techniques, which takes into account the characteristics of the applied metrology system and operation requirements by means of independent research and development of both hardware and software as well as improving functional and structural engineering. With the verified stronger antiinteference capacity and higher long-distance management efficiency, the proposed system proves to be able to achieve higher metering precision for high-speed trains, which is tested on Qinghai-Tibet Railway. This study is expected to provide the reference for measures to improve metering precision, high-speed detection and long-distance management of the railway metrological equipment.
