摘要
以西山煤电集团杜儿坪煤矿北石沟风井使用的对旋轴流式主通风机采用的三相异步防爆电动机(额定功率710 k W)干燥除潮为例,阐述了备用期间容易受潮导致绝缘下降的高压电动机采用自偶变压器干燥处理的方法,包括受潮程度的确定,电机定子绕组允许施加的电流和温度、电源选取、接线方法。实践表明,该干燥方法适用于大型异步电机的干燥,方法简便,干燥效果显著。
The drying and moisture removing of three-phase asynchronous explosion-proof motor(rated power 710 kW) of rotating axial flow main fan in Beishigou shaft of Du'erping Mine was taken as example,high-voltage motor adopting self-coupling transformer for drying treatment was introduced,including determining the degree of dampness,the current and temperature the motor stator windings,the power supply and wiring method.The result showed that the drying method was suitable for the drying of large induction motor,with effective drying.
