摘要
掌握配送网络的结构特性和确定其中的重要节点对合理布局配送网络、提高其运转效率、降低其运营成本起着决定性作用。以国内某快递企业的订单数据为基础,通过网络爬虫、数据清洗等大数据处理手段,获得其在全国范围内的配送网点与路径数据,描绘了其配送网络的拓扑结构;运用复杂网络理论,对该配送网络进行平均最短路径长度、集聚系数、度及度的累积分布、点介数分布、接近中心性、富人俱乐部现象、匹配形式等结构特性进行了全面分析,验证了其复杂结构特性;运用重要度评价矩阵确定了该配送网络中的重要节点,并根据分析结果对该配送网络的构建与管理提出了相应的优化对策。
Mastering the structure properties of distribution network and unearthing the important nodes have a decisive effect on rationally layouting distribution network,improving operation efficiency and reducing the operation costs. Based on the order data of an express enterprise,we got its nationwide distribution path data and constructed the topology of its distribution network by big data processing means of web crawler,data cleaning and so on. Applying complex network theory,its complex structural properties were verified through analyzing the structure properties,such as shortest path length,clustering coefficient,degree and its accumulation distribution,betweenness distribution,closeness centrality,rich club phenomenon,correlation of nodes. Besides,the important nodes in the distribution network were found by importance evaluation matrix,and some advices on how to optimize the construction and management of the distribution network were given.
