摘要
目的探讨分析急诊科重点病种在抢救室停留时间过长的原因,通过运用PDCA循环后,查看改进效果,分析有效的管理方法。方法收集未使用PDCA循环的2015年急诊就诊患者资料,汇总急诊科重点病种停留时间及停留时间过长原因,作为需要改进事项,在2016年中运用PDCA循环针对上述问题制定计划逐项完成任务,再汇总2016年该项数据,将两组数据进行对比。结果在实施了PDCA管理系统体系后,2016年各项指标的完成率明显高于2015年,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环管理体系是一种促进科室质量与安全管理和发展的有效管理方法,值得推广。
Objective To explore the reasons for the analysis of the key diseases of emergency department in the emergency room, and then, after using the PDCA cycle, to see the improvement effect and summarize the effective management methods. Methods in calculation using PDCA cycle in 2015 in the emergency department patients data summary residence time of the emergency key diseases and stay a long time, as a need to improve matters, in 2016 years using PDCA cycle plan item by item, to complete the task, for the above problems to collect the data of 2016, compare two groups of data. Results in the implementation of PDCA management system, the completion rate of various indicators in 2016 was significantly higher than that in 2015, with significant difference and statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion using PDCA cycle management system is an effective management method to promote the quality and safety management and development of the department.
