摘要
采摘机器人是实现智能农业的一项重要技术,处于农业机械化研究的前沿领域.综述了国内外葡萄采摘机器人的研究进展与现状,介绍了几种葡萄采摘机器人的工作情况,分析了目前应用与研发过程中采摘环境复杂、果实识别率低、果实损伤率高、采摘周期长、设备制造维修成本高等难点与制约因素.葡萄采摘机器人未来将在智能化、开放性、结构优化等方面进一步提高.
Harvesting robot is an important technology to achieve intelligence in agriculture which is stays in the frontier field of agricultural mechanization research.The current situation of research on grape picking robot at home and broad was summarized as well as the research achievement for some typical grape picking robots was introduced in this paper.Through analyzing the present difficulties and restricted factors of harvesting robot in its research and application,the limiting factors include complex picking environment,low fruit recognition rate,high fruit damage rate,long picking cycle and high cost of equipment and maintenance.The grape picking robots will be further improved in intelligence,openness and structure optimization in the future.
