摘要
在建设应用型大学战略目标指引下,发酵工程课程组通过加强课程组教师队伍建设、教材建设,转变教学理念、革新课程教学内容、改革教学方法和手段,改革课程考核方式,加强教学研究、科学研究队伍建设等课程教学改革建设与实践,探索发酵工程课程建设、培养高素质应用型人才的途径。
Under the guidance and strategic objective of the applied university construction, the fermentation engineering course strengthened the construction of teachers and teaching materials, changed teaching idea, innovated course teaching content, reformed teaching method and course assessment method. For explore the curriculum construction and cultivate high quality applied talents, the construction and practice of course teaching reforms included teaching research and scientific research team had been strengthened.
