摘要 建立快速测定茶叶中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量的气相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。改进茶叶样品前处理方法,样品经乙腈提取,QuEChERS净化后,直接通过GC-MS/MS的多反应离子监测模式(MRM)检测。结果表明,浓度在1.0~200μg/L时,线性良好,相关系数R2均大于0.995,同时在0.01、0.1、1.0 mg/kg 3个水平添加量下,平均加标回收率为70%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%~11.9%。该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、离子干扰少,适用于茶叶中拟除虫菊酯农药残留的快速确认及定量检测。 A gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) method was developed for the analysis of pyrethroid pesticides in tea. The procedure of pretreatment was improved. The method was based on solvent extraction with acetonitrile and QuEChERS cleanup followed by GC-MS/MS analysis of the extracts in Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) mode. The results indicated that it was a good linear in the concentration range from 1.0 ~ 200 μg/L, the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.995. At the three spike levels of 0.01, 0.1, 1.0 mg/kg, the average recoveries ranged from 70%~105% and the RSD were between 1.7% ~ 11.9%. The method was suitable for the identification and quantitative detection of organic Pyrethroid pesticides in grains due to its simplicity, good purification, high sensitivity and low cost.
