摘要
为满足青岛区域经济发展对高技能人才的需求,推动当地中等职业教育升级发展,青岛市启动了政府主导下的中高职"五年制贯通培养"办学模式改革。为确保人才培养质量,带动中职学校教学和管理水平整体提升,实施了中职学校教学和管理人员职业能力提升培训,并通过出台一系列措施,使区域中高职贯通培养改革工作取得初步成效。
In order to meet the needs of Qingdao＇s regional economic development for highly skilled talents and promote the upgrading and development of secondary vocational education in the region,Qingdao has launched the vocational education model reform of ＂ Five-year Transfixion Cultivation＂ under the leadership of the government.In order to ensure the quality of talent cultivation and improve the teaching and management level of secondary vocational schools as a whole,the vocational ability promotion training for teaching and management personnel in secondary vocational schools has been implemented.Through a series of measures,the transfixion reform of regional secondary and higher vocational cultivation has achieved initial results.
