摘要
重症肌无力(myasthenia gravis,MG)是一种神经-肌肉接头传递功能障碍的获得性自身免疫性疾病,是世界公认的难治性疾病之一,现代医学尚无特效疗法及特效药物。近年来的临床实践证明,中医药能调节免疫功能,有效改善肌无力症状。但中医对MG缺乏统一观点,尚无明确的诊疗指南,限制中医的发展。本文通过梳理归纳目前现代学者辨证治疗MG的思路,拟将近年来中医药治疗MG的相关研究做一综述,以期为临床诊疗MG提供参考。
Myasthenia gravis（MG）is an acquired autoimmune disease with dysfunction of neuromuscular junction transmission. It is one of the most recognized intractable diseases in the world. Modern medicine has no special treatment or medicine. Recent clinical practice has proved that Chinese medicine can regulate immune function, effectivly improve myasthenia symptoms.But there is a lack of consensus on it, no clear guidelines, which all restrict the development of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. In this paper, we summarize the current research on the treatment of MG with TCM in recent years by analyzing the idea of treating by syndrome differentiation in modern scholars,in order to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
