摘要
目的观察夏枯草颗粒联合左甲状腺素片与单纯应用左甲状腺素片对桥本氏甲状腺炎合并结节时甲状腺功能和结节大小的影响。方法将2016年10月—2017年9月的200例桥本氏甲状腺炎合并结节患者依据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组采用小剂量左甲状腺素片治疗,治疗组采用夏枯草颗粒联合左甲状腺素片治疗。比较两组治疗前后的甲状腺功能、结节大小、甲状腺体积。结果治疗后两组的甲状腺功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组的结节大小及甲状腺体积均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论夏枯草颗粒联合左甲状腺素片可更为有效地控制桥本氏甲状腺炎合并结节患者的结节大小,且对甲状腺功能无显著影响。
Objective To observe the influence of prunellae spica granules combined with levothyroxine tablets and only levothyroxine tablets for the thyroid function and nodule size of patients with hashimoto’s thyroiditis complicated with thyroid nodules. Methods 200 patients with hashimoto’s thyroiditis complicated with thyroid nodules from October 2016 to September2017 were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table. The control group were treated with low dose of levothyroxine tablets, the treatment group were treated with prunellae spica granules combined with levothyroxine tablets. Then the thyroid function, nodule size, thyroid volume of two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Results The thyroid function of two groups after the treatment were compared, there were no significant differences（P 〉 0.05）,the nodule size and thyroid volume of treatment group were all smaller than those of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The prunellae spica granules combined with levothyroxine tablet can more effectively control the nodule size of patients with hashimoto’s thyroiditis complicated with thyroid nodules, and its influence for the thyroid function is not significant.
